Winchester, MA

This project was a two-year odyssey for clients who had recently purchased a beautiful Colonial Revival home in Winchester. The house had good bones, however, the more we started to flesh out the floor plans, it became apparent that the footprint was not ideal for clients who have a penchant for entertaining.

At the end, we nearly doubled the size of the home – adding an addition of a new kitchen/family room on the first floor and a luxurious master suite on the second floor.

Included in this renovation was the raising of the roof – literally – on the third floor to accommodate three additional guest rooms as well as a full bath. Numerous other architectural details were added or enhanced to complete this extraordinary restoration and transformation.
